Drone regulations in Bahrain

Unfortunately, I have found little information until now about the legality of drones in Bahrain. However, I have found the import regulations of the Kingdom on the customs site. Model aircrafts are listed as prohibited items there. From this I conclude that the import of multicopters is not allowed in Bahrain.
We have researched the listed drone regulations for Bahrain to the best of our knowledge. We cannot guarantee the correctness of the information. If you want to be on the safe side, contact the competent aviation authority. Alternatively, you can also ask the embassy in your country for further information about the regulations. Please leave us a comment when you receive news and/or gain experience with your copter in Bahrain!
I´ve beenliving in Bahrain since 11 years.
Any veichle that can fly is strictly prohibited in Bahrain and cannot be imported.

Hiya,
My friend would allow to send me a drone as a belated Christmas gift. Is there any problem sending into here (Bahrain)? Thank you.
Looking forward on hearing from you.
Always,
Myra.
Hi Myra,
As far as I know, you cannot send a drone to Bahrain. Please read the article above.
Hi Myra.
As I mentioned last here, anything that can fly (drone, helicopter, aereo) is not allowed in Bahrain.
Authorities will confiscate it at the customs when you enter Bahrain.
Ive been living here in Bahrain for 9 years. It is not allowed. Only the Governement are allowed to use or operate drones or any establishment that has the authorization of the government. I dont know from what section or article in Law but its just common sense, this is middle east, of course it is obvious these flying machines even the small helicopter toy are not allowed to be fly outside.
Hi John,
thank you for your feedback. It is good to know that you can confirm my findings.
